I have been in the industry since 2001 and have worked across multiple channels. Started from being a CSR to Operations Manager with a team of over 150+.

Over the years I have built strong relation with my clients from US and other parts of the globe. My association and rapport with my clients have been fruitful and I have been representing them as their outsourcing partner/consultant from India.

We work on simple terms. They provide projects that require to be outsourced. I reach out to centers in India who would be looking for projects, start-ups or well experienced, and I help them get started.

How to apply for a project?

You are requested to enter proper details in the form and submit. I shall get in touch with you to discuss further and share the project details.

What is the sign-up process?

Sigup process will change from project to project.

  1. Basically, the first step would be to have a call to discuss the project in detail.
  2. Second, we will have another followup call to clear any questions you may have.
  3. Third, I will schedule the call with the client and introduce
  4. Fourth, After introduction we will proceed for the sign-up agreement and consultation fees if any

Will the agreement be with the client or you?

There will be two agreements. One will be with me which will mention that I am the consultant and assisting you in getting the project. In case of any consultation fees, the same will be mentioned in the agreement.

This agreement will be on Rs. 100 stamp paper.

Second agreement or work-order will be with the client which will state the duration of the project and expectations
